GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Parties:

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:

GTrade25 Ltd., UIC 208560309, Republic of Bulgaria,
hereinafter referred to as the Merchant,

and

any individual who accesses the website www.spankme.bg, places an order, or uses the services of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to them.

2. Definitions:

Website / Online Store – www.spankme.bg, an e-commerce platform for online sales.
Customer – any person using the website and/or placing an order.
Electronic statement – an action performed by clicking buttons such as “Order,” “Place Order,” or similar.
EUR – official currency of the Republic of Bulgaria as of 01.01.2026.
Courier – Speedy or Econt.
Postal Money Transfer (PMT) – payment method upon delivery where the Merchant receives the funds through the courier/postal service.

3. Acceptance of the Terms:

3.1. The Customer accepts these Terms by checking the relevant box and clicking a confirmation button.
3.2. This action constitutes a distance sales contract between the Customer and the Merchant.
3.3. Each order number represents a separate contract.

4. Prices:

4.1. All prices listed on the website are in EUR (Euro), VAT included.
4.2. Prices do not include delivery costs, unless explicitly stated.
4.3. The Merchant may change prices, but orders are processed based on the price valid at the moment the Customer submits the order.

5. Payment Methods:

SpankMe.bg currently offers the following payment method:

✔ Postal Money Transfer (PMT) upon delivery, in EUR.

5.1. The Customer pays the full amount to the courier upon receiving the shipment.
5.2. The courier issues a PMT receipt, which is a valid financial and warranty document.
5.3. The Merchant does not process or store card data, as no online payments are accepted.

6. Account Registration / Guest Checkout:

6.1. The website allows:

• ✔ account creation

• ✔ guest checkout (registration not required)

6.2. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information.

7. Delivery:

7.1. Deliveries are carried out by:

• Speedy

• Econt

7.2. Delivery options:

• To a personal address

• To a Speedy office/locker: https://www.speedy.bg/bg/speedy-offices-automats

• To an Econt office: https://www.econt.com/find-office

7.3. Estimated delivery time:

• 1–2 business days within Bulgaria

• International deliveries: arranged individually

7.4. All shipments are sent:

• in discreet packaging

• without logos or product descriptions

• with 100% confidentiality guaranteed

8. Product Availability:

In case of limited availability, the Customer will be notified via email or phone.
The Customer may choose to:

• wait for restocking

• replace the product

• cancel the order without penalty

9. Right of Withdrawal (Returns):

According to EU consumer protection laws, the Customer may return a product within 14 days, except for items legally excluded from return.

Non-returnable items include:

• opened or used intimate products

• unsealed hygiene-related items

• products with removed safety seals

• custom-made or personalized items

9.1. Returned products must be:

• in original condition

• unused

• complete with all accessories and gifts

• shipped at the Customer’s expense

• with the accompanying order number and receipt or invoice

9.2. Refunds are issued:

• within 14 days after the Merchant receives the return

• via bank transfer or PMT

10. Warranty and Claims:

10.1. All items are brand new and sealed.
10.2. In case of a manufacturing defect, the Customer is entitled to:

• repair

• replacement

• refund or price reduction

11. Personal Data Protection (GDPR):

11.1. The Merchant processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
11.2. Data is used solely for:

• order processing

• delivery

• accounting

• legal compliance

11.3. Data is not shared with third parties, except:

• delivery companies

• authorities when required by law

11.4. Customers have the right to:

• access

• rectification

• erasure

• restriction

• objection

• data portability

12. Limitation of Liability:

The Merchant is not responsible for:

• technical failures

• force majeure

• courier delays or errors

• incorrect customer-provided information

13. Intellectual Property:

All content on SpankMe.bg is protected and may not be copied or used without written permission.

14. Dispute Resolution:

Disputes shall be resolved:

1. through negotiation

2. before the competent Bulgarian courts or the EU alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies / Consumer Protection Commission
