The goods are considered returned from the moment they arrive at the merchant’s physical warehouse or when the merchant receives official confirmation from the courier of their receipt.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from receipt, without providing a specific reason. Once the returned goods are received, we will refund the amount paid by the Customer no later than 14 business days from the exercise of this right.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:

Goods must be unused and in their original packaging, with intact protective seals.

The Customer must provide the order number and receipt or invoice for the purchase.

Due to the nature of the products, unsealed or opened goods cannot be returned, except in cases of replacement due to damage or defect during delivery.
The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned goods must be sent to:

The right of withdrawal and returns is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, Art. 57 (ZPP), except for goods which cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if their packaging has been opened.
